March 23

Hello! Let's do pizza this week - yum! Please bring $2-3 per person. We'll meet at James and Stephanie's house and split up if we've got a lot of people. If you are not planning on eating please let us know so we won't end up with massive amounts of leftovers. :)
Guys will be reading chapters 4-5.
Girls will read chapters 3-5.
This book is really awesome so far. Challenging, but awesome. I hope you all get some time to discuss what you read with your mate before coming, it's good stuff!!

Can't wait to see everyone!

March 9

Hey, guys! We'll meet at Matt and Jill's house for group on Tuesday at 6:30. Please bring your own dinner, we'll have some cookies for dessert. Girls read chapter 2, guys read 2-3. There are some discussion questions at the bottom of this post for the girls from the workbook.

Also, I spoke with Habitat for Humanity. They have a build coming up in June in Centerton! We are scheduled to help with construction on Saturday, June 5th!!
If this date does not work for a lot of people I can cancel it so please let me know what you think!

Questions for the girls:
- Are there ways in which you need to focus on being more one with your spouse instead of operating separately or independently of him?
- In what practical ways have you attempted to cultivate intimacy in your marriage?
- How have you effectively ministered to your husband in the past?
- What do you sense he may need most from you during this season of his life? Are you willing to make him your primary ministry focus?
- How can a woman guard her mind and heart against extramarital pitfalls?
- How can you redirect some of your "Hurried Woman Syndrome" time and energy toward enhancing your relationship with your husband?
